Investigadora y docente en la Universidad Loyola Andalucía (desde 2020, como Ayudante doctora y acreditada por Docentia). Defendió su tesis doctoral (Joint degree, Cum laude y Mención Internacional) en Psicología (en las universidades US & KU Leuven, en 2017). Previamente fue investigadora en la Universidad de Sevilla (España) y KU Leuven (Bélgica), enfocando su investigación en la Negociación, Gestión Constructiva de Conflictos, Mediación familiar y laboral. Obtuvo el Máster en Psicología del Trabajo y de las Organizaciones (Universidad de Maastricht, Países Bajos), y el Máster MAES (por la UNIR, La Rioja, España). Es mediadora (por la ASEMED) y tiene experiencia en Consulta privada en Orientación psicoeducativa, laboral, mediación familiar y laboral y terapia de pareja.
