Profesor Adjunto de la Universidad de Loyola desde 2025. Graduado en Química (2015) y Doctorado en Química Teórica y Modelización Computacional por la Universidad de Oviedo (2021), donde también fue Profesor Interino durante varios cursos. Su investigación se centra en el uso de herramientas de la Química Computacional aplicadas a diferentes ámbitos. En su tesis doctoral, titulada 'Reactividad y fotoactividad de complejos de renio y molibdeno: un estudio teórico', exploró tanto la reactividad como las aplicaciones en celdas solares y en terapia fotodinámica contra el cáncer de diversos compuestos organometálicos, en colaboración con grupos experimentales. Durante su etapa postdoctoral, realizó una estancia de dos años en la Universidad de Friburgo (Suiza), bajo el programa Margarita Salas, aplicando simulaciones de dinámica molecular para estudiar sistemas biológicos, especialmente proteínas de transporte de lípidos, lo que sigue siendo su línea de investigación principal.
