Mi nombre es Javier Matías Soto, soy graduado en Fisioterapia por la Universidad de Málaga. Soy PDI en la Universidad Loyola de Andalucía (Sede Sevilla). Cuento con el Máster de Profesorado en Educación secundaria y FP (Especialidad: Procesos Sanitarios) (Universidad de Málaga), Máster en Salud Internacional (Universidad de Málaga), y Máster en Terapia Manual Avanzada (Universidad de Jaén).En junio del 2025 defendí mi tesis titulada: "Los factores psicosociales en la experiencia del dolor crónico musculoesquelético, con Mención Internacional y calificación "Cum Laude". Durante mi tesis doctoral, realicé una estancia internacional en la Universidad de Amberes.Cuento con experiencia clínica, así como experiencia en investigación cuantitativa y cualitativo, en el campo del dolor crónico musculoesquelético y en la síntesis de evidencia (meta-análisis y umbrellas review). Además, formo parte de la Unidad Cochrane "Rehabilitation, Functioning, and Disability" de Sevilla.Actualmente cuento con 21 publicaciones en revistas indexadas en JCR.
