Mario Wenning received his PhD from the New School for Social Research, New York, and MAs from Montreal and Münster. He works in social, political, and environmental philosophy within the Critical Theory tradition, with interests in Chinese philosophy and Sino-European dialogue. His recent co-edited volumes include The Human–Animal Boundary (2018/2021), Environmental Philosophy and East Asia (2022), The Right to Resist (2023), and Intercultural Philosophy and Environmental Justice between Generations (2024).
