Adriana Gaviria is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Loyola University Andalucía and a researcher at the Loyola Behavioural Lab. Her work focuses on the design and implementation of experimental and lab-in-the-field studies, particularly in multi-country settings. She has coordinated large-scale international projects, including studies conducted in over 30 countries on social norms, honesty, and group behavior, overseeing protocol standardization, data quality systems, and collaboration with local research teams. She also led the ECON project (EU-LAC 2022-166) on behavioral rebound effects across four countries and has published experimental research with adolescents in Latin American Economic Review (2024). In addition, she has extensive experience in international development consulting, having led and implemented large-scale surveys and evaluations for USAID and Global Land Alliance across multiple countries. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, with advanced proficiency in French.
