Soy licenciada y doctora en Química por la Universidad de Sevilla, con Máster en Química Industrial y Medioambiental y Máster en Formación del Profesorado: Defendí mi primera tesis en 2017 con sobresaliente Cum Laude y mención internacional sobre el desarrollo de emulsiones ecológicas, y una segunda tesis doctoral en 2022 sobre la revalorización de un subproducto de la industria alimentaria como estabilizante. Durante mi etapa investigadora realicé estancias en la Universidad de Loughborough , Universidad de Harvard y la Universidade Nova de Lisboa , además de una estancia postdoctoral en CENIMAT-I3N. He obtenido contratos y ayudas competitivas como Torres Quevedo, Martín Escudero y Talento Doctores, participando en proyectos nacionales y de transferencia con empresas. He publicado 50 artículos en revistas JCR (índice h 20 y más de 1000 citas) y he presentado más de 30 contribuciones en congresos internacionales, además de liderar proyectos de investigación e innovación docente. Estoy acreditada como Profesora Titular por ANECA, fui galardonada con el Premio Jóvenes Investigadores Químicos de la Real Sociedad Española de Química y actualmente soy investigadora Ramón y Cajal en la Universidad Loyola Andalucía .
