Jesús Siquier Coll es Doctor en Biomarcadores de Salud y Estados Patológicos por la Universidad de Extremadura, con mención europea y calificación de sobresaliente. Posee además el Máster en Formación del Profesorado de Educación Secundaria y el Máster en Promoción de la Salud mediante la Actividad Física, ambos por la Universidad de Extremadura. Desde 2023 es profesor en la Universidad Loyola Andalucía, tras desarrollar su labor docente e investigadora en el CESAG desde 2021, en la Universidad Isabel I de Castilla (2022-2023) y en la Universidad de Extremadura como Técnico de Apoyo a la Investigación. Ha publicado 64 artículos en la Web of Science, con 313 citas y un índice H de 11, entre ellos trabajos sobre la influencia del entrenamiento físico en las concentraciones de minerales corporales, en revistas como Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition y Journal of Thermal Biology. Ha coordinado el proyecto pre-competitivo "Taurina, rendimiento deportivo y rendimiento cognitivo" y participado como técnico en el proyecto europeo "Pádel y Salud". Ha dirigido 16 trabajos finales de grado y máster y actualmente dirige dos tesis doctorales. Cuenta con 42 revisiones verificadas en Web of Science para revistas como International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Nutrients, Metabolites y Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport. Fue investigador principal del grupo SER (Salud, Educación y Rendimiento) en el CESAG y actualmente pertenece al grupo IMPEPH (Improving Physical Education, Performance and Health) de la Universidad Loyola.
