Ngoc Bao Lai se licenció en Ingeniería Eléctrica por la Universidad de Ciencia y Tecnología de Danang, Da Nang, Vietnam, en 2014; y su maestría. Licenciado en Ingeniería Eléctrica e Información en la Universidad Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología de Seúl, Seúl, Corea, en 2017. Actualmente está trabajando para obtener su Ph.D. en la Universidad Loyola Andalucía (ULA). Sus intereses de investigación incluyen control robusto, electrónica de potencia, sistemas de generación distribuida y microgrid.
