Licenciada en Matemáticas (premio extraordinario de la promoción 2002-2007) por la Universidad de Cádiz. Máster en Estudios Avanzados en Matemáticas de la Universidad de Sevilla durante el curso 2007-2008. Doctora (desde el año 2012) en Matemáticas por la Universidad de Sevilla y en Informática por la Universidad de Poitiers, donde ha realizado 3 estancias por un período total de 14 meses. Ha sido becaria del Plan Propio de la Universidad de Sevilla en el departamento de Matemática Aplicada I de 2008-2009 y becaria FPDI de la Junta de Andalucía en el mismo departamento de 2009 a 2013. Posee un nivel de inglés B2 y amplios conocimientos de francés. Ha impartido clases en Ingeniería Informática, en el Grado de Tecnologías Informáticas, en el de Ingeniería del Software y en el de Ingeniería de Computadores de la Universidad de Sevilla. Imparte clases en los grados de Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Electromecánica, Ingeniería de Organización Industrial, Ingeniería Mecatrónica y Robótica e Ingeniería Informática y Tecnologías Virtuales de la Universidad Loyola Andalucía. Está acreditada como Profesora Ayudante Doctora, Profesora Contratada Doctorada, y como Profesora de Universidad Privada. Ha participado en 4 proyectos de investigación, ha publicado más de 15 artículos de investigación y ha participado en más de 20 congresos nacionales e internacionales.
