The purpose of this study is to examine the new legal regime of the permit for infant care and the adaptation of the work day for family reasons to know what extent there have been advances in co-resonsability and flesibility after the reform operated by RDL6/2019, of urgent measures for the equality of women and men in employment and occupation. The most recent pronuncements in application of these rights are also analyzed.
