The publication in September 2007 of the books by Ratzinger and Pagola about Jesus of Nazareth created in our country some expectation. This short article presents some keys for the reading of these two books: Jesus of Nazareth and Jesus. Aproximación histórica. The article will help the reader to discover their deep theological thinking, out of their own visions.; La aparición conjunta, en septiembre de 2007, de los libros de Ratzinger y Pagola sobre la figura de Jesús de Nazaret ha creado en nuestro país cierta expectación. En este breve artículo, se nos presentan algunas claves de lectura de estos dos libros, Jesús de Nazaret y Jesús. Aproximación histórica, que ayuden al lector, más allá de partidismos, a descubrir cuáles son los posicionamientos teológicos de fondo.
