Abstract

This article examines the justiciability of the right to housing within the framework of the revised European Social Charter, ratified by Spain in May 2021. It specifically focuses on the origin, workings and nature of the mechanism for making collective complaints before the European Committee of Social Rights and on unpicking the doctrine on the right to housing developed by said Committee by means of this system.
