Abstract

This study analyzes of temporary contracts from the Community of Madrid in a two hundred sixty conventions selected, not only from the industry but also from the enterprises, for the years 2010 and 2011. It has studied the degree of involvement of collective bargaining of the Community of Madrid with the objectives in the temporary recruitment established in Law 35/2010 and the Agreement on Social Dialogue 2010-2012. The distribution of roles between the legislation in force (act and the regulation) and collective bargaining in temporary hiring issues, responds mostly to the more traditional profile consisting of the improvement of the minimum labor conditions, which are set by Act. A big part of the conventions, does not pronounces in any way regarding temporary hiring or they do not do it in a substantial way; only some of them, between the nearly two hundred analyzed, as we\'ll see, include provisions that are not only a repetition of the Act.
