Human rights: analysis of social, historical and cultural processes for human dignity

The group’s objective is to generate research processes that have a social impact on historical and cultural processes in which human struggles for dignity are expressed. These studies manifest themselves in multiple ways, while having in common the pursuit of the full development of social and personal life in the axiological framework of an inclusive, democratic, plural, harmonious, intercultural and socially- and ecologically-sustainable society. The group’s researchers expand upon studies on the Ignatian and Jesuit tradition in their historical and current contribution to the challenges of the various areas of social life an alternative means to understand, be and recreate the various social subsystems in which human life takes place.
