Joaquín García-Tapial Arregui es Doctor en Desarrollo Inclusivo y Sostenible por la Universidad Loyola Andalucía. Actualmente es Profesor adjunto en el departamento de Gestión Empresarial de la Universidad. Ha desarrollado una amplia actividad académica y directiva en educación superior, consultoría, innovación y gestión del talento. Durante su trayectoria profesional ha dirigido programas MBA y másteres en Loyola Leadership School y ha ocupado puestos de liderazgo en la Escuela de Organización Industrial y en distintas consultoras. Asimismo ha participado en investigación, emprendimiento y proyectos internacionales en Europa y América. Su investigación se centra en emprendimiento, formando parte del equipo GEM, liderazgo, con especial énfasis en el Liderazgo Ignaciano, y la gestión empresarial en el mundo deportivo.
