Abstract |
The objective of this research is to demonstrate that the future of radio is online, due to the devaluation of the traditional model by waves. To do this, we have analyzed the evolution of hertzian radio from its beginnings to the present, current radio consumption and the influence of Internet radio and new communication models derived from it. Subsequently, we have detailed the characteristics of online radio and its advantages over traditional radio, proposing a new radio model that we have termed “multimedio”. © 2015, Universidad del Zulia.
