Abstract Collegiality is one of the concepts of ten mentioned when trying to promote a greater participation of members in the government of Institutes of Consecrated Life (ICL). Sometimes understood as co-responsibility, collegiality has clear limits pointed out by the universal legislator, while a wide range of possibilities opens up on the framework of proper law.
