| Abstract |
The review Proyección published on its 243 issue an article entitled The Simpson and the Bible, in which I analyzed the presence of the Bible and offered a kind of data bank about the biblical references present in the series. The actual article goes one step forward and evaluates, in the first place, the way the series deals with revelation and its contents. But, besides, following the indications of The Gentiles Court of Benedict XVI, it endeavors to carry out a reflection on the pastoral use of the series, in order to draw to the Bible young people and children, who are the main consumers of the series.; La revista Proyección publicó en su nº 243 un artículo titulado Los Simpson y la Biblia en el que yo analizaba la presencia de la Biblia y ofrecía una suerte de banco de datos de las referencias bíblicas presentes en la serie. El presente artículo da un paso más y valora, en primer lugar, el tratamiento que la serie hace de la revelación y de los contenidos de la misma.Pero, además, siguiendo las indicaciones del proyecto Atrio de los Gentiles de Benedicto XVI, intenta una reflexión sobre el uso pastoral de la serie para el acercamiento a la Biblia por parte de los jóvenes y niños que son los principales consumidores de la serie. |
