Abstract This article studies the specific type of relationship that establishes terrorism as journalism to build its own reporting system in order to target the information on terrorism. The aim of the regime is to complete classical purposes of terrorism through information. This paper proposes an exegetical model built from the information-propagandistic elements of the concept of terrorism, which aims to develop a practical guide to interpret the reporting relationships of terrorism, no guidelines for journalists covering terrorism. The model helps to detect whether they are terrorists who manage information, rather than journalists, and the procedures used to achieve it.
