Abstract Comparative Law for Spanish-English Speaking Lawyers by Professors S.I. Strong, Katia Fach Gomez and Laura Carballo Pineiro is a unique contribution to the literature, especially addressed to the many legal advisers and legal academics who are at least conversationally fluent in both English and Spanish. It aims at educating them in the legal terminology of the language other than that in which they are trained. With the ongoing process of globalisation, the need for bilingual lawyers is likely to further increase. A book that focuses on the English/Spanish legal systems and languages, aiming to educate readers who are conversationally fluent in English and Spanish in the legal terminology of the other, could not be more timely and original.
