I obtained my degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Seville in July 2009. After graduation, I was awarded a competitive FPI predoctoral fellowship granted by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, and I began my doctoral studies in the Department of Aerospace Engineering and Fluid Mechanics at the University of Seville. As part of my predoctoral training, I completed a Master\'s degree in Advanced Design in Mechanical Engineering (University of Seville). During my predoctoral period, I carried out research stays at three universities: University of Twente (Netherlands, 2011), Boston University (Massachusetts, USA, 2012), and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2013). I obtained my PhD from the University of Seville in January 2014, graduating with the distinction of Sobresaliente Cum Laude and an International Mention. Upon completion, I was hired as a postdoctoral researcher (2014–2016) in the Department of Thermal and Fluid Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). My contract was funded by a basic research project granted by the French oil company Total. After this period, I joined the Department of Fluid Mechanics at ETSII of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) as an Ayudante Doctor (Assistant Professor), and since 2021, as a Profesor Contratado Doctor. To date, I am the author of six scientific articles published in JCR-indexed journals in fields related with acoustics, microfluidics and microbubbles, mass transport phenomena. In addition, I have presented a total of seven contributions at various international conferences. I have also attended and participated in seminars related to fluid mechanics organized by different Spanish universities. From a teaching perspective, I have over 10 years of experience in teaching fluid mechanics, and related subjects as hydraulics, across various engineering degree programs in different universites, as well as in supervising theses and final degree projects.
