High Performance Program for Educational Center Directors

The management of educational centers or titular teams requires knowledge and complex skills for which, in most of these institutions, the people who have to carry out their tasks have not been trained, because they usually have teaching profiles and skills related to the educational world and not to that of management and decision making.
