The Doctorate Degree

The Doctorate Degree is obtained after the end of the relevant teachings that are aimed at acquiring the skills and competencies related to quality scientific research, and will end in the elaboration and defense of a doctoral thesis that incorporates the original results of the research.

It will be expedited in the name of the King by the Rector of Loyola University Andalusia, and is official and valid throughout national territory; it will entitle its holders to enjoy the rights granted by current dispositions. The name of the degree of Doctor will be "Doctor by Loyola University Andalusia". In the case of interuniversity programs, it will be according to the provisions of RD 1002/2010 or current applicable legislation.
