Improving Physical Education, Performance and Health


IM-PEPH is a multidisciplinary research group made up of researchers from the fields of education, exercise and health sciences. The aim of the group is the generation of scientific evidence that allows a positive impact in various contexts, including school physical education, grassroots sport, high performance sport, and any other context in which physical activity can play an important role in improving people's quality of life. To achieve this objective, the group has three main research lines: 1) analysis and improvement of school physical education, 2) promotion of performance and injury prevention in sport contexts, and 3) study and development of healthy habits and quality of life in different populations.
