The Customer Service Department is the unit of the Office of Innovation in charge of connecting the clients of products and services marketed by the University with the rest of the Departments in the Office of Innovation. Loyola University Andalusia is especially interested In the opinions of our customers. These points of view and commentaries will both improve our current products and services as well as open up new lines of research and development.
Their role then is to be active agents in the gathering and use of information coming from our customers, both current and potential. Those who are part of this department are specialists in sales processes and customer service.
