The Department of Technical Support is the unit of the Office of Innovation that is responsible for responding to the technical requirements and information support of our customers. The products and services of the University are guaranteed, and so the requests their use can generate will be attended to by the Customer Service and Technical Support Departments.
In addition to its main function, this department will document and publish the solutions reached, and will distribute whatever updates and improvements the Research and Development Department can provide. The people who belong to this department are specialists in University products and services and are also in permanent contact with customers.
The information managed by the Department of Technical Support is crucial for the improvement and permanent evolution of the products and services of Loyola University Andalusia.
