Academic Excellence Awards (Master's)

Loyola University Andalucía wishes to acknowledge with an economic prize those students who have demonstrated high academic performance in studies for official degrees or who have already studied in our University demonstrating excellent performance in the previous academic course.

Thus, the Board of Loyola University Andalucía has decided to grant the award for Academic Excellence to students whose academic performance the previous year was excellent and exceeded a certain average grade.

New students

Who can receive this award?

This award is granted to those who obtain a mark that is equal to or over 9 points (calculated out of 10) in the undergraduate degree that has given them access to the Master's

It is not necessary to apply for this award, as it will be granted directly upon meeting the requirements.

How many prizes are awarded?

One prize will be awarded for every 10 new students enrolled in each year of the degree.

How much is the amount granted by the Award for Academic Excellence?

The amount of the prize to be awarded each year will correspond to the monthly University academic fees for up to a maximum of 60 enrolled credits in single degrees, and a maximum of 72 enrolled credits in dual degrees.

What are its characteristics?

This award is granted as a loan (without interest) which will become a non-repayable grant when the student graduates from Loyola University. If these University studies are abandoned before completion, the student will have to return the amount granted by the Award for Excellence.

This award is incompatible with any other granted by Loyola University


 

Ongoing Students

Who are eligible for this award?

Those students who have been enrolled the previous year in one of the degrees offered by Loyola University and who have obtained in the corresponding exam callings an average grade of 9 points out of ten or higher.

How many prizes are awarded?

One prize will be awarded for every 10 students enrolled in each year of the degree.

What amount is granted by the Award for Academic Excellence?

The amount of the prize to be awarded each year will correspond to the University academic fees (the amount of monthly payments) for up to a maximum of 60 enrolled credits in single degrees and a maximum of 72 enrolled credits in dual degrees.
